MED-NET Bylaws

ARTICLE IV: CENTRAL MED-NET OFFICE 

1. The Central MED-NET Office (CMO) shall support the Central MED-NET Board in its duties and responsibilities. The contracting medical faculty hosts the Central MED-NET Office. The Office is in charge far the support of activities and tasks delegated to it under the constitution and the bylaws.
2. Upon request, the Office shall also support the activities of the Task Force and the Advisory Board.
3. The Office shall keep an up-to-date register of all members, and shall be the daily information or reference source for all members.
4. The CMB shall perform the duties that usually devolve upon management of the Office.
