MED-NET Constitution

ARTICLE VI: MEETINGS 

Section 1. Annual MED-NET Conference

There shall be at least one annual MED-NET conference, organised by one of the members and held at a location where all members can participate.

Section 2. Conference contents

The annual MED-NET conference shall include at least the following items:

1. Professional reports by Thematic Reference Groups and Projects 
2. A Members Assembly meeting concerning typical networking topics, such as organisation, budget, activity plans, and evaluation of the work being done and the professional achievements.

An opportunity for the members and associated members to present themselves, to exchange information, and to settle practical matters with respect to international mobility, and co-operation projects
