MED-NET Constitution

ARTICLE I: NAME

The name of this organisation shall be the MEDICAL EDUCATION AND DIDACTICS NETWORK (MED-NET). The organisation has its registered office at …………………. The organisation will be referred to by the acronym MED-NET. The organisation is entered for an unlimited period of time. The organisation's year runs from January 1 to December 31.
